The CityArts Rock Camps: Canada’s Biggest and Best

The CityArts Toronto Rock Camp provides aspiring musicians, aged 11 to 17, with the opportunity to play together in their very own band.

Students are taught how to write songs, given instruction on their instruments, and coached on performance techniques from our staff of professional music teachers.  Students collaborate with their bandmates on every aspect of creating music, from writing and rehearsing to promoting and performing. Each week-long rock camp culminates in a live concert performance that’s open to friends and family.

Dates: July 5 through August 13, 2010.  Six one week sessions.

Sessions: July 5-9, July 12-16, July 19-23, July 26-30, August 3-6, August 9-13, 2010.

Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday -Thursday, Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Friday Concert:  4:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Drop Off: 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM  Pick Up: 4:00 to 4:30 PM
