CityArts develops a variety of Music Programs for children and adults that are offered through Summer Camps, Workshops, and School Programs.
Workshops and Master Classes: Guitar – Drums – Keyboards
Due to popular demand, we’re bringing back our one week intensive Workshops & Master Classes! At these sessions, young musicians receive expert instruction from our trained music teachers on their chosen instrument (guitar, keyboards and drums).
Our Workshops & Master Classes are designed to help students get to the next level of their playing abilities in a creative and stimulating environment. Students get to attend clinics featuring some of Toronto’s leading musicians and teachers.
Our small class sizes are limited to eight students to ensure personalized instruction. For musicians who want to forge their own style, this is the workshop that will help you do it!
Workshop Teachers include: Leo Georgoulis (Guitar), Mike McAvan (Guitar), Tristan Avakian (Guitar), Hugh Brockie (Guitar), Chris Lesso (Drums), Colin Knowles (Keyboards).
In addition, the curriculum will be supplemented by guest clinicians and artists provided by our Sponsors, Gibson/Epiphone, Traynor, Gretsch Drums, etc. Stay tuned for more news!
